Our Authorised Service Provider, home delivers the material. The Complete Painting system, including Wall Putty, Primer, and Paint, will be provided by us.

During the visit, the Sales Associate shall inspect the site to be painted and guide you on product selection suitable for the site. After which, a detailed measurement of the site for paintable area shall be done. You will be informed on the painting system that would be most appropriate as per the surface condition. On agreeing to our terms and conditions, you need to place an order for a painting contract with our Home Solutions.

A 50% advance will be collected and a post-dated cheque for the remaining amount will be collected from you. The sales associate will then hand over the site to the Relationship Associate who is the overall in charge of his site. The painting of your house/office will then commence. Home Solutions assures you that the painting job will be completed by the agreed date.

Our Technical department trains Relationship Associates via the Home Solution Cell. They are well versed at providing estimates, and monitoring painting jobs. The entire painting job is under the supervision of a contractor recommended by us, along with the supervision of the Relationship Associate too. Unlike the local contractor, you get a better choice of designs, and hassle free service. We offer complete transparency in terms of the painting system and the pricing. You can be assured that once the painting estimate is frozen, work for the entire site would be carried out as mentioned in the estimate. Should you still feel that we have not been able to deliver as per the expectations, there is a feedback cell where you can give your feedback.

Home Solution takes up jobs on a per square foot basis, inclusive of labour and material. Hence, the estimate will be given by the Sales Associate upon site visit, and will be inclusive of materials as well as labour.

We have a standard discount policy; depending upon the painting estimate, the sales associate will be updating you on this.

It is essential that a Home Solutions Sales Associate comes personally to the site to take the measurements of the area to be painted. Besides measuring the area, he will also check if the area is suitable to be painted, and give you an estimate. A painting estimate will be given on a per square foot basis.

Rates charged would also depend on the product you choose. The area of your house will be carefully measured in your presence and then final quote is given. We request you to hand over the payments only to our Home Solutions Associate.

We appreciate your concern; however, the amount is utilized for the purchase of the material required, as well as for the labour requirement. The amount is collected as post dated, so that we may not disturb you another time with reference to the payments.

Also, there is no hidden cost, we operate on fixed rate cards. If there is no change in the paintable area, then the cost remains fixed as committed. Hence, you can be rest assured that the amount committed to you will not be exceeded.

Material accounts for a very large percentage of our costs. We will also incur a cost in terms of our paint supervisors visiting your site. These expenses would need to be recovered. Our Authorized Service Providers receive their payment only on completion of the project to your satisfaction. You can be rest assured that the painting job will be executed to your satisfaction.

As a policy, we do not accept cash. Hence, you are requested to make payments through cheque/Demand Draft only.

Your payment to Home Solutions covers the entire contract for material, as well as labour for your painting job. You would not need to pay any extra amount to the applicator/contractor.

The quotation of up till Rs. 40,000 is to be made in advance. Above Rs. 40,000 will need to be made in advance balance payment, which is to be made within 10 days post dated cheque. Work commences once the cheque gets cleared, and the date of commencement will be provided by SA.

We cover the floor, furniture, doors, windows, cupboards, etc. with plastic sheets, before we start painting to prevent any damage during the painting process. Our team will also help you shift the furniture.

We have trained Relationship Associates who are individually responsible for the quality of the job executed. He will monitor progress at the site, and take corrective action to ensure that the application procedures match our standards. Our Home Solutions representatives will visit the site along with the authorized Contractor. Before starting the painting work, he will prepare a work schedule, which will provide information with respect to dates as to when a particular room will be taken for painting, and the date when painting would be completed. The work schedule will be pasted at the site, and progress of work can be tracked real time. Your Relationship Associate will commit a completion date to you based on this schedule.

Our Home Solutions service is where we undertake a complete painting contract. A Relationship Associate will assist you in product selection, and will help you choose the right paint for your walls. You can also choose to visualize shortlisted colours. These services are available to you at a nominal charge.
